What products do you use for AC cleaning?
We use professional Anosan and Kathoclean products designed to remove dirt, mold, bacteria, and unpleasant odors from air conditioning systems.
How should I prepare for the AC cleaning?
No special preparation is required. Our technicians will carefully cover and protect your furniture, floors, and walls before starting the cleaning process. We only ask that you provide access to the AC units.
Do I need to clean my home after the AC service?
No. Our team takes care of everything. We protect the surrounding areas before starting and clean up the workspace after completing the service, leaving your home neat and tidy.
What are your working hours?
We operate Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Appointments outside regular working hours for commercial properties may be arranged upon request.
What is included in Deep AC Cleaning?
Our Deep AC Cleaning service includes thorough cleaning of the evaporator coils, blower fan, filters, drainage system, and accessible internal components, followed by professional disinfection. We also inspect the outdoor unit and provide a detailed photo report.
How long does AC cleaning take?
Deep AC Cleaning typically takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours per AC unit, depending on its condition, accessibility, and level of contamination.
Do you provide before-and-after photos?
Yes! After completing the service, we provide a photo report showing the condition of your AC system before and after cleaning, so you can clearly see the difference.
How can I book AC cleaning?
You can book directly through our website. Simply select the number of AC units, calculate the service cost, choose your preferred date and available time slot, and complete your booking online.
Is a prepayment required?
Yes. A 50% prepayment is required to confirm your booking and reserve your preferred appointment slot. The remaining balance is payable after the service is completed.
How much does AC deep cleaning cost?
Prices start at 800 AED for one AC unit. Use our instant calculator for pricing from one to nine units. Online booking is currently available for up to five units; for larger jobs, contact our team.
How does the 50% deposit work?
To request an available AC cleaning appointment, you pay 50% of the total through secure Stripe Checkout. The remaining 50% is due after the service.
Can I choose the date and time?
Yes. Our booking website checks the availability of our teams in real time. Available dates and appointment times depend on the number of AC units.
Do you work on Sundays?
Our regular service hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–17:00 (Dubai time). Sunday is closed.
Do you clean water tanks, sofas and curtains?
Yes, we offer additional home care services. Contact our team for an individual quotation based on the property and scope.
What if I have six or more AC units?
For six or more units, speak to our team on WhatsApp so we can discuss the size of the job and arrange scheduling.
Will my booking be confirmed after payment?
Your payment is processed securely. If the selected time becomes unavailable before the booking is finalised, our team will need to arrange an alternative or refund. You can contact us directly on WhatsApp.
